The Socialist section ;of the Liberals and the Catholic deputies of the Chamber of Deputies, are vigorously opposing Congo annexa-ex-Premier, declared that he will not permit the revenues of the Crown Domain to be devoted to luxurious objects in Belgium, while the ordinary Budget of the Colonies is only balanced by ruthless exploitation of natives, which Belgium is determined to stop.
