MARION EXTENSION SECTIONS
SALE AT WANGANUI. Since the announcement of the auction sale of the whole of the unsold sections in Martou Extension, which event will take place at Wanganui to-morrow (Saturday), Messrs O. L. Duigan and Co., tbe auctioneers, have been inundated with inquiries, which shows the widespread interest that is being taken in these splendid allotments. Very favourable opinions have been passed on the sections by many competent judges, and the auctioneers state they could have already sold a good number of sections privatelyhad they been permitted to do. so, but all sections which were not sold in Wellington are absolutely reserved for disposal by auction. Owing to the importance of this sale, and in order to ensure that countryvisitors may return by the evening trains, it has been found necessary to alter the hour of sale to 1.30 p.m. Investors and speculators with an eye to future profits will he offered an opportunity next Saturday which should not be missed, as it will never - occur again. Plans and full particulars of the sections to be offered may be obtained from the auctioneers Messrs.,o. L. Duigan and Co., Wanganui, or Brice, Broad, & Co., Ltd., Martou.
