PENALTIES. The following penalties shall bo carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights :—Of the value of 50 sova. 61b; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b ; IDO sovs, 10lb. ; 300 sovs. and over, lllb., provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101 b. and over will only carry half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Welter and Hurdle Baces. HUEDLE AND AVELTEE EACES. H The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, two or more races 171 b. BULES. All Eaces to bo run under the New Zealand.Eules of Racing. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary.
