It is officially announced that in March, Admiral Sir A. D. Fanshawo becomes Commander-in-Chief at Portsmouth. Rear Admiral Sir H. H. Lambton takes charge of the China station, \'ice Admiral Sir W. H. Fawkes, who will command at Devonport. Rear-Admiral Richard Pooi'O will command tho Australian I station.
