Press Association—Copyright. Received Dec. 9, 11.42 p.m. Loudon, Dec. 9. Doctor Ambrose, M.P. for Mayo West, informed Sir Wilfrid Lanrier that unless Blacksod Bay was selected as the Irish harbor for the All-Rod route, the scheme_ would not be allowed to pass the House of Commons. Sir Wilfrid replied that political and sentimental reasons had nothing to do with the question, which was purely economic.
