A party of live, including Colonels Clare and Shepston, a doctor and a magistrate, have started for Usutu to arrest Dinizulu. Col. Mackenzie remains at Mongoma in the event of Dinizulu refusing to give him up. General Botha has promised to help Natal in the event of serious trouble with the I&ulus with the stipulation that the adminstration must be reformed in order to remove native dissatisfaction and unrest.
