The Premier of Natal requests the newspapers not to publish movements of troops. As far as can be ascertained all is quiet in Zululand. Received December 7, 7.45 a.m. London, December G. The Daily Telegraph asserts that ti.u mobilisation in Natal is due to Diuizula's refusal last week to assist the police to iiud concealed rebels. Two thousand sinned Zulus are located near Dinizulu's kraal. Received December 7, 0.44 a.m. Tito Daily News reports that Lord Elgin offered to assist Natal in the Zululand trouble if allowed a voice in controlling the situation. Natal propl'orred to appeal to the. Tranvsaul and Cape Colony, which are willing to assist.
