THE ALL-RED ROUTE.
Per Press Association. Wellington, Dec. u. Sir Joseph Ward, who returned to Wellington from Auckland to night, states there is no new development in regard to the All Red mail service." The Now Zealand Government some time ago advised the High Commissioner that it is prepared to join in a satisfactory service with Canada and Australia. The project has not made any advance so far. As to the America steam service. flic! Oceanic Company is still awaiting the decision of the United States Government with regard to extending the subsidies under which ran to New Zealand. Nothing has been heard on this point.
