In the Supreme Court, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty iu tho case in which A. S. McKenzie, 24, was accused of attempted rape on a young woman of .33 years. The case in which Horton, an elderly man, is charged with carnally knowing a girl of 12 years, is being heard.
