The annual meeting was held ou Saturday night, Mr James Penney being in the chair. The halaucdsheof showed the receipts to have been £156 iis 3d, of which £3O 19s 8d was a credit balance from the previous year. The expenditure was £l4B 14s 3d, of which over £B3 was paid away in pri/ffi money and trophies, It was statedthat 'the receipts from gate money, nominations ana acceptances were lower than the year previous. Tire receipts from the coucert and dance about balanced the expenditure Mr Whisker said the programme of the last sports was too long. It could bo made just as pleasing to the public by reducing the number of events. The balance-sheet was adopted. Landers, E. Ransom, H. Jarvis, R. Mayor, R. Amosbury, E. Jarvis, W. Davis, H. Ransom, J. Amesbury, W. Baylis, D. Humphries, A. Burgess, E. Prate, F. Turner, W. Foster, H. Ehrhoru, J, Penney, G.
