The monthly meeting of the Wei- | lington District Laud Boar i, held on Tiuirsdav, was attended by Mr J. Strauchon, (Commissioner), Reese, 'Dawson, A'Oourt, and Canton. It was resolved to advise him that instructions had already beau issued for public sale of the sections. With reference to applications to convert tho following small grazing runs to Li.p., it was resolved to advise applicants that there was now ' no power to d so, such conversions being forbidden by tho Land Laws Amendment Act, 1907:—Sections 5 and (5, block 11, and section 2, blocK • (!
