Per Press Associationr-Oopyright. Received .November 80, 8.30 a.m. Romo, November 39. Thejjprosecution of Signor Nasi, a Minister, has raised an intense-anti-Government agitation. In Sicily tho image of Nasi is enshrined in many localities. The refusal to grant him bail was due to tho discovery of a plot to compass his flight. Brigands near Naples captured and tortured' the Marquis Cito with a view to extorting' a ransom. The ringleader of the brigands, a former policeman, has been arrested.
