Nominations for all Events, and ENTRIES for the Maiden Hack Race, close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on SATURDAY, 7th December, 1907, at 0 p.m. Weights for the Eivst Day’s Events will bo declared on or about WEDNESDAY, 11th December, 1907, and for the Second Day’s Events at the Office of the Club, at 7.30 on the evening of the First Day . Acceptances forjffie First Day’s Events will close with tho Secretary, at the Office of tho Club, Bulls, on IV EDNESDAY, 18th December, 1907, at 9p. m., and for the Second Day’s Events at tho same place at 9 o’clock on the evening of the First Day. PENALTIES. The following penalties shall bo carried by the winner of any race after declaration of "weights : —Of the value of 50 sovs. 61b; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b ; 150 sovs, 101 b. ; 300 sovs. and over, 141 b., provided that any horse handicapped at Sst 10lb. and over will only carry half these penalties. This rule does not apply to IVelter and Hurdle Races. HURDLE AND WELTER RACES. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, two or more races 171 b. RULES. All Races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. All entries to be sealed and addressed to. tho Secretary. Rangitikei Racing Club, Bulls, and entrance money to be enclosed with name of horse, age at time of entry, name of owner and trainer, pedigree, and colours of riders.
