Received November 26, 7.37 a.m. London, November 25.^ Mr Birrell, Chief Secretary for Ireland, speaking at Belfast and re- ; ferriug to lawlessness iu Ireland, declared that iu view of tho disposition 1 of Parliament anyone contributing ; to disorder or encouraging people to commit crime was not the friend but the enemy of Ireland. A special Mass was held at tho Cathedral, Cork, and the street pro. cession included tho Lord. Mayor, the majority of tho Mnuicijiality, trade giiilds, and political organisations. It commemorated the execution of tho Manchester Fenians. It was resolved to propagate Feuiauism, and au appeal was made to Irishmen throughout tiie world to boycott English manufactures, to disregard tho law, and to secure separation from England. The Irish League has stopped the Ormond Hunt. Correspondents report that poison has also been laid iu tho country whore Kildare hounds hunt. Several hounds wore poisoned at last meet near Tullow, and two died.
