The following penalties shall bo carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights:—Of the value of 50 sovs. 61b; of any race or races of tho collective ‘ value of 100 sovs, 81b ; 150 sovs, 10lb. ; 300 sovs. and over, 141 b., provided that any horse handicapped at Sst 101 b. and over will only carry half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Wolter and Hurdle Races.
