ALL PRICES. iij JgULLS TOWN BOARD At a Special Meeting of the Bulls Town Board held on Wednesday, November 6th, 1907, the following resolution was adopted : “In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Town Districts Act, 1881” and “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Bulls Town Board doth hereby resolve as follows That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a; loan of £6OO authorised to be raised by the Bulls Town Board under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” for the purpose of concrete kerbing,; forming, metalling- and asphalting i footpaths within the Town District of Bulls the said Bulls Town Board ■ hereby makes and levies a Special ! Rate of twopence in the £ sterling upon the rateable valuation (annua! value) of all rateable property of the Bulls Town District bounded as follows On the east by the Rangitikei River, on the south-west by the west boundary of section 10 and by the south-west boundary of Mr D. Goughian's property to the Main Road, thence to the south boundary of Block 111., Rangltikei, and thence by the south boundary of the said Block 111, to the Tataenui Stream, on the north-v.est by the Tutaenui Stream to the Great North Western Road, Bulls to Wanganui; thence by the said road to the north-west boundary of the Rangitkei township, thence by the north east boundary of the said township to the Main Road, Bulls to Marton ; thence by the eastern aide of the said road to the northern boundary of land purchased by James Bull from Edward Daniel and on the north-east by the north cast boundary of the said land to the Rangitikei River, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of noli loan and bo payable in one sum on the Ist day of May in each and every year during the currency of snob loan, being a period of fortyone years, or until the loan is fully paid off, the interest on such loan being at the rate of four per cent per annum.”

It is hereby further notified that a Special Meeting of the Bulls Town Board will be held at Bulls upon the 11th day of December, 1907, at the hour of noon, to confirm the above resolution as a Spec : al Order. The said Marton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of Is l|d in the £ sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property or the Borough of Marton, wtich said Borough'' is bounded as follows; Towards the north by the southern boundary lines of Section 80, Block XIV., and Section 88, _ Block XV , WangacLu Survey District; towards the east by tho west bank of the Tutaenui Stream ; towards the south by a public road running from tbe said Tutaenui Stream towards the west, and being the southern boundary of Sections Numbers 13 and 26, Block 11, Eangitoto Survey District ; thence towards the west by a public road running at right angles to the aforesaid road to the southern boundary line of aforesaid. Section ! number 80, and that such Special I Rate shall be.an annual recurring! rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half yearly on the Ist day of April and the Ist day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan-is fully paid off. And notice is hereby given that the said resolution will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at the Borough Council Office, situated in High Street, Marton, on 6th day of December, 1907, at 8, p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
