WAIRARAPA SHOW.

Exhibitors from tho districts adjacent to Palmerston were not at all strongly represented at tho show, which, in fact, was more a provincial than a national one, tho great hulk of tho entries being made by Wairarapa brooders. There wore, however, a few to represent the Mauawatu side. W. I. Lovelock was tho only exhibitor in the Holstein 1 riesau cattle classes, each of Ids four entries getting a first prize. The classes in which lie was represented! were bull calved since July Ist, 190 cow anv age in calf or with calf at foot, heifer calved since July Ist, 11)05, aud heifer calved since July Ist, 19015. R. E. Bannister was ro' presented in nearly all the Romney classes, but was not successful in getting a pjacc. A. H. Rollo, of Otaki, entered throughout the boutlidown classes. He was placed third iu the class for ram over 30 mouths, commended iu ram between IS and. 30 mouths, second iu owe over 30 mouths with lamb at foot, and first iu ewe between 18 ami 30 months with lamb at foot. E. White, of Palmerston, is showing iu the pig classes aud A. Pcubortliy, also ot Palmerston, is competing m tho poultry sections, both of which will be fudged to-morrow. J. Bull, ox Huntervillc, is exhibiting in the horse classes in which tho prizes will be allocated in the morning. Ho was not represented iu the classes judged to-day.
