ANGITIKEI COUIfTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDERS. Notice is hereby given that at Bpecial Meetings of the Eangitikei County Council held at Marton on Saturday, 2nd November, 1907, resolutions were passed making and levying * Special Rates for the payment of interest and other charges on loans authorised to be raised by the said Council under the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," as follows : 1. A Speoial Rate ot three-eighths of a penny in the £ sterling upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property cf the Ongo Special Hating District in respect of loan of £2500 for metalbag about 4i miles of the Ongo Roid. 2. A Special Rate of three sixteenths of a penny in the £ sterling upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Turakina , Valley Special Rating District in I respect of a loan of £6OO for metalling portions of the Makohau-Tura-I kina Valley and Taurimu roads. S. A Special Rate of three-fifths j of a penny, in the. & sterling upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Rangitane Special Rating District in respect of loan of £260 for the Rangitane Rood. Each of the above is for a period : of 41 years, and the interest to be paid at the rate of four per cent, per annum. It is hereby further notified that copies of the above-mentioned resolutions are open to public inspection at the office of the Council, High Street, Marton, during office hours, and that Special Meetings of the said Council will be held on TUESDAY, 3rd December, 3907, at 1.80 p.m., to confirm such resolutions as Special Orders.
