Received November 11, 3, 10.10 p.m. London, November 11. A new Druce Portland Company with £35,000 capital was formed, issuing £20,000, to acquire the rights of Joim Sheridan Sheridan tinder an agreement with George Hollamhy Druce and T. K. V. Coburn. Sheridan claims 10 par cent, on any proceeds accruing to Hollamby Druce from Portland and Howard De Walden Estates. Hollamby Druce warns the xmblic that he disposed of tho whole of his rights to G. H. Druce, Ltd. Tho Druco-Portland Co. warns the newspapers circulating Draco's warning that the statements are libellous. The prospectus suggests that Sheridan’s interest is worth £1,600,000.
