Received Nov. 12, .9.41 a.m. * Hobart, Novembre 11. " The British Rifle team defeated Tasmania by 769 points to 720. Presa Association. Waipawa, Nov. 11. In the Coleman Shield Competition, held at Waipawa, tho shield, was won by the Hastings Hides, with the record score for this comipetition since it was reduced to 12 men a side of 1020. Hawke's Bay Mounted Rilies came next with 1000, Woodville Rifles 990, Napier Rilies 990, Eanfurly Rifles 975, Napier Guards 971, Dannevirke Rifles 970, Pahiatua Mounted Rilies 852. Sergt. Marshall, Pahiatua Mounted Rifles, takes the Bolton Cup for the highest individual score amongst mounted corps, and also the champion belt for the highest individual score in the match with the line score of 98.

J. Frederick won Mr J. McEldownoy's trophy with an aggregate of 120 for two competitions. L.' Parkinson was runner up with a score of 123 points. SANDON-OHAKEAK-IPLB CLUB.
