Tho Kaiseren is nursing the Princess; and consequently will not accoinpailv the Kaiser to England. The Kaiser, acting under medical advice, after visiting King Edward, will stay a few weeks on the Isle ot Wight to recuperate from porsisent catarrh, aud to satisfy a general need of rest. It is stated that tho recent scandals in Berlin are having a depressing effect aud are proving prejudicial to the Kaiser’s general state of health.
