THE GERMAN COURT SCANDAL.
Press Association. —Copyright. Berlin, November 2. The Public Prosecutor has carried the Moltke case to Langedricfr for a re-trial before three or five judges. The Public Prosecutor will represent Count Yon Moltke’s interests and conduct the case, while Count Von Moltke himself will appear as co-prosecutor with the additional advantage of being able to testify on oath. He was not on oath during the recent trial.
