LAND BOARD.
The monthly meeting of the Wellington Land Board, held on Thursday, was attended by Messrs J. Stracliou (Commissioner of Crown Lands), A. Reese, J. Dawson, J. M. A’Court and C. J. Canton. The Public Trustee, in the estate of Samuel Mann, deceased, wrote, asking the Board to reconsider its decision of the I7th, Frefusiug the transfer of section 51, block r 14, Ohinewairna, to V. B. Astbury. The transfer was approved.
It was resolved, in ’continuation of the resolution of last {meeting, to approve of the full upset annual rental being fixed at £ll 11s, inclusive of £1 Is ,as interest on the improvements, valued at £2l, effected bv the local hospital committee (tins interest to bo earmarked for payment to the committee). Magratli; section 3, block 13, sections 6 & 7, block 11, Hautapu, F. W. Hammond to J. W. Stuckey; section 0, block 7, Tjmutoi, E. K. Gawlor to L.
