Briand, Minister of Public Instruction, has introduced in the Chambers of Deputies a Bill to transfer to the Communes for the boneiit of poor, all ecclesiastical property unclaimed by Public Worship Associations. The Bill is intended to stop 20,000 law suits initiated by relatives of the original donors to tne foundations.
