MUTINY AT VLADIVOSTOK.

Reuter’s Yladivostock correspondent wires that a number of Sappers mutinied and attacked the barracks where tho tenth rifle regiment was quartered. When confronted with machine guns the mutineers surrendered. Two were killed and five wounded.
