A New Zealand Grievance. Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne, October 24. In the Senate Senator J. Y. Walker, of New South Wales, read a letter from the manager of the New Zealand Rifle Team at Sydney, complaining that the New Zealanders were treated differently to the British Rifle Team in the matter of railway passes and tent charges. A Government enquiry was promised. Sidney, October 24. At the National Rifle Meeting at Rand wick, Cutler, of Bathurst, won the King's Prize. The first prize in the King's Match worth £IOO was won by Linn of Orange, the second place was filled by Sergt. Tatlow, Britain third. The scores arc not available to-night. None of the New Zealanders are prominent. At the Rifle Association meeting Cutter, of Bathurst, put up Ja record of 238 out of 350, thus winning the King's Prize for tho second time. Linn, of Orange, with 230. was second. Raven, Great Britain, was third, and Tatlow, Great Britain, fourth, each with 229. The New Zealand or Craw was sixth with 228 and takes £B, A. Ballinger, 232, £3, Mills, Pen-in, W. Speck, and O. Speck £2, Cameron, Ayson, Puruell, Hadfield, Masefiold and Wilkie £l.
