Tho Associated Society of Locomotive Engineers and hircinon, though in favor of the recognition of tho demands of tho Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants, is adverse to tho principle that officials of each should represent their grievances. Mr Pox strongly warned the Asso*_ ciated Engineers "of the danger of rushing into conflict with tho railway companies, as tho latter were preparing to board and food blacklegs, besides wages at £1 a week.
