Per Press Association. Taittai'E, October 15. James Arnott, with several aliases, was before the Court charged with having stolon six one pound notes, the property of the Bank of Australasia, from the Turakma, at Wellington, on October 9th. Accused said he bought one note from a man at Wellington who af torwards gave him others. He was also charged, with obtaining 18s from Win. Harvey, Taihape, by means of a valueless note, payment having been cancelled. He was remanded. ,™
