The Nore Division of the Home fleet combines to-day with the Atlantic and Channel fleets under the command of Admiral Beresford, ior lorn day's secret tactical exercises in the North Sea and then for the lengthy study of the problem of torpedo attacks and defence. It is the first time for fifty years that 100 . warships have been concentrated in the North Sea.
