The cheapest laud in tho Rangiti' kei|district is at present being offered in the above estate, and all those desirous of obtaining a section should apply at once, as the land is going off rapidly. The estate is situated in a moat healthful and delightful locality for residential purposes—with sunshine from morning to night.
