New Youk, October 10, The New York street railways exposures, some account of which was cabled ou September 20th, have culminated in Anthony Brady’s testimony that a comparatively worthless franchise called the Pulton and Wall Street Perries Railway, existing only on paper, was sold to the Interhorongh Metropolitan Co. for £200,000. Brady received £50,000, and the balance was shared among Ryan, Dolan, W. L. Elkins, H. Whitney, P. Widener, and Moore and Schley; brokers.
