THE DREADNOUGHT CRITICISED.
Press Association.— Paris, October 8. Admiral Germinet, interviewed at Paris, said that the battleship Dreadnought was a great mistake, especially in armament, since the Japanese won the battle of Tsushima not by means of heavy gnus, hut by shells of high explosive , capacity, producing enormous heat and emitting an immense volume of poisonous gases.
