Mr McCullough Declines Terms,
Per Press Association. , Christchurch, October 6. Yesterday Mr McCullough replied to the Government’s letter stating that he could go back to work if he signed the regulation to which he objects; He stated that he could not sign a declaration which would deprive him of his rights.
