New Plymouth, October 1. Regardin g tke thro wing out of the bill in Opunake case yesterday by tho Grand Jury, which, at the time, appeared inexplicable to Judge Denniston as well as to the public, it is now understood that tho jury noted on good grounds. The principal Crown witness failing to positively identify the accused on oath when under examination by Grand Jurors.
