ARBITRATION COURT.
Per Press A ssociation. Dunedin, September 25. The Arbitration Court beid'a short sitting this morning. From the discussion there are indications of several disputes being settled without resource to the Court. In the musterers dispute the Union was unable to show that it had complied with section 105 of the Act and the Court finally decided to strike the dispute out, as it appeared to be very doubtful whether the Union could, by the production of the minute book, prove its compliance with the requirements of section 105. The application to amend the general labourers award was dismissed.
