The Dairy Congress at the Hague recommends the nations represented to prohibit the importat ion of butter item countries not accepting the obligations regarding the substances mixable with butter, or not possessing efficient controlling organisation which would be able to secure the purity of the butter. Iho Congress also recommends the prohibition of the sale of butter not provided with a State guarantee marie.
