The Bulls Town Board being desirous of raising a loan under “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901, hereby publicly notify—1, That the particular work proposed to be underiaken is the forming, kerbing, and gravelling of about 258 chains of footpaths, and also the of about 150 chains of foot nvhs” within the Bulls Town Di&i.iot. , 2 That the sum propoied to be i borrowed for such purpose is £6OO (expenditure to be spread over two successive years), and that such loan be for a period of 41 years, and the interest to bo paid at the rate of 4 pet cent, per annum. 8. That the security proposed to be given for such loan is a Special Rate of twopence in the £ sterling to be levied on the rateable valuation (on the basis of the annual value) o! all the rateable property within the Bulls Town District. 4. It is proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest during tho construction of ibe works. Dated at Bulls this 21st day ot August, 1907; ■' THOS. WM.
