THE END OF THE EXPENSIVE BICYCLE.

In a recent interview witb Messrs Watson aud Neville, of Feilding, who have made themselves so well known of late through the way in which they have reduced the cycle prices, one cannot help but see the enormous profits there must be on cycles. Messrs Watson and Neville point out that almost any make of cycle can be purchased in England for from £5 to £8 the best, and yet , when sold In New Zealand they have been sold for as much as £32 and £25. Surely this is too much of a good tiling, but wo are assured by Messrs Watson aud Neville, who have earned the hearty thanks of the people, that these prices are a thing of the past, as they are determined to spare no expense in bringing the matter to light, and they are going to see genuine B.S.A. cycles that have hitherto besu sold in New Zealand for from £ls for £l2 I2s, they hold that the genuine B.S.A. is undoubtedly tho strongest and most np-to-date iu tho world. They have | also a beautiful English machinefitted to the customer’s order,- for which they will ask £lO 10s only. Every cycle leaving their shop is given a written guarantee for two years. Messrs Watson and Neville claim that no cycle ever built is worth as much as £2O, and warn the public against paying sUcli an outrageous price. They also wisli to point out that since they have started other agents, who have these high-priced cycles, are now advertising a cheap cycle for about £B, to try and make the public believe that they have also reduced their prices, hut this Is not tho case, as they are still selling, their cycles at £2O and by advertising the cheap article so attract you .there, that they may sell you one at £2O. —Advt.
