.Stock Report.
The New Zcalaud Loan aud Mercantile Agency Go., Ltd., report as follows At Himatangi on Monday we yarded 400 sheep (hoggets) and 460 head mixed cattle. A number of buyers wgre present and all the sheep sold under the hammer at satisfactory prices. The cattle sold well, with the exception of dairy heifers for which there was no enquiry. With the exception of four pens all the cattle were quitted. Quotations. —Sheep: Cull hoggets 8s 6d to 10s Cd, good mixed hoggets 15s 4d to ICs 2d. Cattle : Weaners 16s fid to 13s, yoarilng heifers 30s 6d, yearling steers (small) 36s 6d, yearling steers (good) £3 los, £2 16s, £3 16s 6d, 2-year heifers £3, store cows 24s to 355, forward cows £3 6s, fat cows £6 ss, 2% and 3 year steers £4 5s 6d to £4 13s'6d, 4-year bullocks £6 4s.
