In a appeal arising out of a case wherein a fine of £OSO was imposed for charging for admission to Sunday concerts, ’the High Court by 3 to 2 decided that while persons could not be charged for admission to tho building on Sundays they could bo charged for admission to reserved seats after having entered the building. Tho appeal was uphold and the fine quashed.
