MISTAKEN IDENTITY.
Per Press Association. Masteexon, September G. An affiliation case, which has been before the Court for some weeks past, and repeatedly adjourned in order to obtain additional evidence on defendant’s behalf, was finally dealt with to-day, when the Magistrate characterised it as one of the most extraordinary cases which’hs had known. He came to the conclusion that it was clearly a case of mistaken identity, and he dismissed i(j with costs against plaintiff.
