Th Bath Congress fiercely denounced English blacklegs for assisting the Shipping Federation to fight tho strikers at Hamburg and Antwerp. The Congress unanimously resolved to ask the Government to make a searching enquiry iuto the shooting of strikers at Belfast.
Somo members steongly blamed Mr Birred, Chief Secretary for Ireland. Resolutions woro passed in favour of giving postal servants full civil rights and abolishing overtime in all trades.
