jgULLS TOWN BOA ED The Balls Town Board being desirous ox raising a loan under “ The Local Bodies Loans Ac!:, 1901," hereby publicly notify—1, That the particular work proposed to be undertaken is the forming, kerbing, and gravelling of about 258 chains of footpaths, and also the asphalting of about 160 chains of footpaths within the Bulls Town District. 2. That the sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £6OO (expenditure to be spread over two successive years), and that such loan be for a period of 41 years, and the ! intereat to. be paid at the rate of 4 per cent, per annum. 8. That the security proposed to be given for such loan is a Special Rate of twopence in the £ sterling, to be levied on the rateable valuation (on the basis of the annual value) of ail the rateable property within the Bulls Town District. 4.
