Tho Now York Sun hints that President Roosevelt had made some agreement with tho Kaiser whereby tho integrity of the Atlantic is guaranteed by the German fleet during the absence of tho American Navy in tho Pacific. The Sun remarks that President Roosevelt ought to inform the nation as to the real object of this titanic project as no one behoves it is merely a battleship cruise.
