RULES. All Races to be run under tlie New Zealand Rules of Racing. A Hack is a liorso which has not, at time of Nomination, won a Race of the value of 100 sots, or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. The winner of any Raccj after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of 71bs, of two or more races lOlbs, All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Rangitikei Racing Club, Bulls, and entrance money to be enclosed with name of horse, age at time of entry, name of owner and trainer, pedigree, and colours of riders.
All nominations by wire must be confirmed by letter by first mail afterwards. All monies for investment on the Totalisator must be in the bands of the Secretary at least 30 minutes before the advertised time of the start of the race for which the investment is intended. Bookmakers, their clerks, agents or assistants will not bo allowed on the grounds of the Eangitikei Kacing Club. H. A. GOOD ALL, Secretary.
