Tho Legislative Council yeetowlpf discussed the subject of infant life protection, and adjourned the debate till following day. On the motion of tho Attorney-General the Council resolved to place ion record its high sense of the services rendered by tho late Hon, W. W. Johnston and to send an expression of sympathy to the relatives.
