The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that a more definite commercial' agreement’ trill he concluded between Germany and England at the end of the year. Also a treaty between Germany and Canada whereby Canada obtains most favoured nation treatment, conceding Germany the benefit of the Canadian middle tariff.
