Lord Overbuvy, the well-known banker, formerly Sir John Lubbock, and Mr Brklbrooko, late Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies, in a letter to tbo Times, propound a scheme of old ago pensions on a contributory basis, partly using Friendly Societies funds supplemented by Government.
