Authorising the raising of a loan of £2OOO under the provisions of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” Bnd by virtue of a warrant issued under tha hand of His Excellency the Governor in terms of Section 118 of “ The Public Works Act, 1905,” to provide the Manawatu County Council’s share of the cost of construction of a bridge known as the Shannon Bridge. 2.
