By 190 S live battleships of the lseutchsland class will be completed for sea. At present only the Deutchsland and the Pommerin are in commission and tho Hanover will be ready by the autumn. It is hoped that tho first full divisionfof battleships of 18,000 tons or upwards will be afloat by 15)10.
